Recent additions to binder USA’s M12 portfolio offer new combinations of features – pin count, termination style, locking system, housing materials, and shielding. The company is also developing new M12-threaded products with outer push-pull locking. The variety of options allows users to optimize their solution for specific applications, including factory and process automation, industrial metrology and controls, and autonomous robots and cobots. binder also introduced its own single-cable hybrid solution, which combines seven signal contacts with two power contacts to allow power and signal supply in a single connector. For power supply, rated currents of 12 A and voltages up to 63 V are available. For signal transmission, rated currents of 0.5 A and up to 12 V are available.
AirBorn’s all-new iSeries line of industrial interconnects consists of the iW Series (signal and low power, with current rating up to 5A per contact) and the iPowerAmp (power connector with current rating up to 23A per contact). They are the latest connectors in the AirBorn Industrial product offering. Based in MIL-Spec but built for industrial, iSeries connectors offer high reliability for demanding and often unforgiving industrial environments and applications. Alongside the new iSeries additions to the AirBorn Industrial product roster, the legacy products include verSI ― the ruggedized, high-density solution and the Micro D (M Series, 1.27 mm pitch) and Nano D (N Series, 0.64 mm pitch) high-temperature interconnect solutions, ideal for industrial applications with extreme temperature fluctuations. All AirBorn Industrial solutions are built for high-vibration and rigorous pounding inherent in industrial applications like robotics, factory automation, and manufacturing machinery.
Rosenberger Site Solutions Group NPOI – Neutral Point of Interface connectivity solutions ensure optimum network performance in demanding FTTA/PTTA applications. These new products ideally meet the growing requirements of OEM and network operators for neutral points of interfaces as they move to deliver next generation services and applications driven by 5G and 6G. Quick and easy to install with non-proprietary, plug & play, tower top fiber and power interfaces, the Rosenberger NPOI range offers highly scalable, flexible, and future-proof FTTA/T and PTTA/T connectivity solutions and maximum return on investment. Designed and produced in-house at Rosenberger in Germany, NPOI – Neutral Point of Interface connectivity solutions are available in standard and tailor-made designs and configurations, in low or high volumes. They offer the highest quality to ensure a long and trouble-free operation in even the harshest of environments.
The new Sureline series from Interplex offers OEMs cost-effective, convenient, and ready-to-use overmolded products to implement into their latest equipment models, rather than having to create more expensive custom connector/cable assemblies. Available directly off-the-shelf, the Interplex Sureline medical-grade circular interconnect products are fully compatible with the widely used REDEL P1 and P2 connector format. They are available in 14-pole (Plex 1) and 34-pole (Plex 2) versions. Customers can stipulate to have the same connector on both ends of the cable or opt for a connector at one end and bare wires at the other. Cable lengths of 3 feet (0.9 m), 6 feet (1.8 m), and 10 feet (3.05 m) may be chosen. These interconnects leverage the company’s patented Sureflex overmold technology to ensure industry-leading strain relief. The specially designed ergonomic external profile of the connector element means that users will naturally place it in the correct orientation during mating (supplementing the keyway/polarization mechanism incorporated into their construction). As a result, not only is mating conducted more quickly and without the wear-and-tear that mis-mating attempts would otherwise cause. Sureline interconnect products are manufactured to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class II standards. They have a 1500 mating cycle durability, strong contact retention, and withstand temperatures up to 150 °C, with non-standard material options capable of handling 170 °C. Their IP50 rating protects them against the ingress of liquid sprays that can regularly occur in demanding clinical environments.
Fairview Microwave’s new line of 1.00 mm passive coaxial components addresses a variety of applications, including research and development, Test & Measurement, data transmission, and satellite communications. The new offering consists of 1.0 mm RF power dividers with male or female 1.0 mm input connectors; fixed RF attenuators with 3, 6, and 10dB attenuation levels; DC blocks with 1.0 mm connectors; and 1.0 mm directional RF couplers rated to 1 watt. Fairview Microwave offers one of the largest 1.00 mm passive coaxial components portfolios available. The resilient mechanical designs of these components guarantee minimal signal interaction while providing superior return loss characteristics and low insertion loss.

Neutrik Americas’ new XX series powerCON blue/grey and speakON 2- and 4-pole cable connectors feature new functionality, easier assembly, improved power handling capabilities, new certifications to all relevant modern safety standards, and a beautiful next-generation design language. Both the powerCON and speakON XX series connectors are immediately recognizable from their striking new designs featuring a unique, two-compound molded housing. Attractive color coding on both the housing and the bushing is clearly visible. The housing offers improved ergonomics with slip-proof material. Internally, the connectors feature improved assembly: the strain relief locks with the insert mechanically and aligns with the housing. New two-component rear bushings offer improved kink protection to the associated cable. Significant internal upgrades ensure conformance to current safety regulations. powerCON XX series connectors carry IEC EN 60320-1 / UL 60320-1 / CSA C22.2 No. 60320-1 certifications suitable to cordsets and devices certified to IEC 60799, UL817, and IEC / UL 62368-1.

Sager Electronics now stocks Cincon’s PDF700S series AC/DC brick power supply. Cincon’s PDF700S series are innovative, high density, 700W brick type AC-DC power modules with the input range of 90-264Vac, and output voltage of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 28Vdc, 48Vdc, and 56Vdc. The PDF700S Class I power modules come in an industry standard full brick size. It includes safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 and provide EMC compliance to meet EN55032 Level A for conducted and radiated emissions. With an exceptional high efficiency of up to 91.5% and a wide operating case temperature range of -40 °C to 100 °C, this power supply can be used in harsh environments and at an operating altitude up to 5,000 m. The PDF700S series is suitable for 5G telecom and network devices, Test & Measurement instruments, industrial automation machines, and various industrial electronic applications.
Greene Tweed’s latest FFKM material, Chemraz 541, is officially on the market. With its broad chemical compatibility and an upper temperature limit of 446 °F/230 °C, Chemraz 541 is an ideal choice for demanding environments and processes requiring excellent chemical resistance. This universal perfluoroelastomer maintains its properties when exposed to a broad array of fluids, including acids, amines, aromatics, hot water, and steam. Chemraz 541 is currently available as O-rings and slabs. Other custom geometries are available upon request. Chemraz 541 seals can be used in applications including mechanical seals, compressors, valves, mixers/agitators, centrifuge, controls/instrumentation, reactors, and pumps. Chemraz 541 is engineered for use across a wide range of applications.
Indium Corporation’s indium-containing thermal interface materials (TIMs) for burn-in and test offer superior thermal conductivity over non-metals, with pure indium metal delivering 86 W/mK. These indium-containing TIMs are available as pure indium, indium-silver alloys, and indium-tin, among others. The pure indium TIM can be clad with a thin aluminum layer on the side facing the device under test (DUT) to prevent the indium from adhering to the surface. Indium Corporation’s suite of Heat-Spring solutions, featuring a compressible interface between a heat source and a heat-sink, include Heat-Spring Preforms, Heat-Spring HSK, and Heat-Spring HSD. Indium Corporation will feature its metal thermal interface materials for burn-in and test at TestConX, March 5-8, 2023, in Mesa, Arizona, booth #45.
SABIC’s breakthrough polycarbonate (PC)-based copolymer resin is well-suited for photovoltaic (PV) connector bodies and meets stricter performance and regulatory requirements for emerging 1.5Kv solar systems. The new LNP EXL9334P copolymer resin achieves the highest comparative tracking index (CTI) level (UL PLC0) and IEC as Material Group 1 (IEC MG 1). It also delivers low-temperature ductility, good dimension stability, excellent heat resistance, good durability and weather resistance and flame retardance. With high performance across all key properties, this specialty resin surpasses competitive materials such as glass-reinforced nylon, polyphenylene ether (PPE), and standard PC. Customers can also benefit from the cost-effective design flexibility and processing efficiency of this injection-molding thermoplastic.
ODU offers the Product Finder, an intuitive, easy to use filtering system that finds the right product and creates the required connector data sheet in an easy to read format. Another advantage of the ODU Product Finder is the identification of products that are included in the ODU Express Delivery Service. Within 15 working days, ODU ships up to 15 modular connectors (ODU-MAC) or up to 150 metal circular connectors (ODU MINI-SNAP / ODU AMC) to its customers worldwide.
