SCHURTER Completes Review and Passes New REACH Regulations
SCHURTER has completed and passed its review of the 54 new substances added to the List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), released by the European Chemicals Agency (EChA) in December. REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and restriction of Chemicals), is a European regulation that addresses the production and use of chemical substances and their potential impacts on both human health and the environment.
SCHURTER is known for its commitment to environmental protection; as early as 1996, it was among the first companies to receive the certification for an environmental management system according to ISO 14001.
