Amphenol ICC NetBridge

Capable of transmitting up to 100 Mb/s and 1 Gb/s, NETBridge Automotive Ethernet Connector System from Amphenol ICC is designed for the automotive environment according to IEEE 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 standards and offers higher data transmission rates. Developed in accordance with VDAAK LV214 and ISO 8092-2, this automotive-grade Ethernet connection system uses twisted-pair cables to transmit data and comes with a 0.50 mm x 0.40nmm tab terminal system. These USCAR-2 connectors offer design flexibility with scalable port options with 1×1 to 1×7 ports for the right angle and vertical automotive connectors and 1×1, 1×5 for inline adaptors making them a suitable choice for a wide variety of automotive designs and applications. From infotainment to ADAS and smart lighting, Amphenol has a handful of solutions that support the modern automotive industries adhering to USCAR-2 specifications and meeting LV214 severity levels.

KYOCERA AVX 00-6791 Series RF Coaxial IDC ConnectorsKYOCERA AVX has released the first wire-to-board RF coaxial IDC connectors for industrial and automotive applications. The 00-6791 Series RF Coaxial IDC Connectors are comprised of two small, single-piece solutions suited to different types of coaxial cable and feature a patented one-touch coaxial cable termination mechanism that simplifies the connection process. The RF IDC connectors’ RF performance surpasses that of cables soldered directly to a PCB. They have a lower component cost and smaller physical size than traditional two-piece RF connectors with comparable performance — measuring down to 10 mm x 6.6 mm x 3.9 mm when seated, and enable easier, less time-consuming, and less costly assemblies than soldered and traditional RF connectors. The series is compatible with Bluetooth, GPS, GSM, and WLAN protocols.
