Molex Brad Nano-Change Connectors

Molex Brad Nano-Change ConnectorsMolex supports challenging industrial automation, aerospace, and defense network connectivity with its compact Brad Nano-Change (M8) connectors. The rugged Nano-Change product line offers the industry’s broadest selection of space-saving connectors, cordsets, receptacles, inserts, splitters, and molded junction boxes for sensor and actuator applications.

“Secure network connectivity in harsh environments demands sealed connectors and cable assemblies that are up to the task,” said Jimmy Adjunta, product manager, Molex. “Designed for device manufacturers and end-users who need superior reliability, Brad Nano-Change connectors deliver total interoperability and rock-solid performance.”

Complementing Molex Micro-Change connectors for M12 interfaces such as I/O junction blocks, Nano-Change connectors conform to the smaller M8 form factor standards. Sealed Nano-Change connectors are available in IP67 threaded or IP65 push-on versions. Gold-plated copper alloy contacts and phosphor bronze sockets ensure reliable, low-resistance performance. Providing robust performance in tight spaces, Nano-Change connectors minimize downtime and wiring by simplifying maintenance and installation.

Molex offers a comprehensive range of standard length cable assemblies. A variety of Nano-Change distribution boxes include the flexibility of four-, six-, eight- or 10-port versions, single and dual I/O, and vertical or horizontal mounting. The fully potted housing ensures reliable performance in harsh environments. An anti-vibration feature prevents loss of connection even in high-vibration applications.

“Synonymous with quality, the Brad brand safeguards customer investments in some of the world’s toughest applications. The Nano-Change portfolio delivers that same trusted reliability to mission-critical network applications,” adds Adjunta.

Molex is ITAR-compliant and registered with the US Department of State.
