Onlinecomponents.com announced that Jane Judd has joined the company as general manager. Judd, a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience, has an extensive background in strategic planning, operations, customer service, and cultivating customer-focused teams.
Judd was a trailblazer in building top-notch customer service teams in her previous roles as vice president of customer service at TOMS.com and as a senior manager at Zappos.com.
