iCONN Systems was founded in 2006 in Lombard, Illinois as a niche provider for engineered solutions, custom and standard interconnects, and overmolded cable assemblies. Our team has a combined total of 120 years in the connector market, which means we can make everything from standard products to completely customized solutions for your project. Our in-house staff will take your concepts from early design all the way through to production. iCONN uses an ERP system, and we’re ISO 9001 certified. We also use a project management tool to ensure efficiency and transparency, and we’re constantly updating what we can do so our customers get the shortest lead times in the market. We are known for designing and developing products that survive in the harshest environments. Our engineering department acts as an extension of yours in re-engineering and new product design. We’ve done extensive testing on our products, like water submersion, flame, pull force, temperature cycling, agency qualification, and many more. We incorporate in-house rapid prototyping capabilities that range from 3-D-printed molds and components along with small-run C&C Swiss machining. iCONN follows Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate defects, and we can handle any volume—from 1 piece to several hundred thousand pieces. Quality is a given in today’s manufacturing, so we 100% electrically test everything we build. Our in-house overmolding machines range in size from 10 to 80 tons, and we also have low-pressure overmolding and automated soldering equipment. iCONN’s work orders are maintained electronically for easier tracking and immediate changes. iCONN measures customer satisfaction on our ability to meet your needs.
