PEI-Genesis supplies Amphenol RJ Field series connectors that allow for the use of an Ethernet Class D/CAT5e connection for Ethernet over twisted-pair networks in harsh environments. The Amphenol RJ Field series are circular metal connectors with tri-start threading coupling systems. They support 10 Base-T, 100 Base-TX, and 1000 Base-T networks; CAT5e per TIA/EIA 568B and Class D per ISO/IEC 11801; and CAT6 per TIA/EIA 568 and Class E per ISO 11801 protocols.

The CABLINE-CA series connector from I-PEX has a maximum height of 1.1 mm, contact pitch of 0.4 mm, and a mechanical locking bar on the plug. With tight bending and high flexibility of micro-coaxial cables, this series of products can be placed through hinge in reliable compact camera systems like Dome, Panoramic, and Specialty cameras. These products can support data rates up to 20 Gb/s per lane by using AWG 38, 40 fully shielded micro-coaxial and AWG 40 twinax cables.
