Omnetics high-speed Nano 360 HDMI connectors provide the reliability and ruggedness Omnetics connectors are known for, while surpassing the signal requirements of HDMI. Using both simulation and measurement, Omnetics maximized the performance for HDMI by optimizing the pin locations of the critical signals. This yields maximum data transmission and provides excellent crosstalk that meets the requirements of HDMI, per HDMI.
For the interconnection of high definition imagery sensors in satellites, Axon’ has designed AxoMach high-speed links, cable assemblies with low loss microwave coaxial cables. The cables are terminated with a full range of connector variants as well as in-line male and female variants (cable assemblies qualified to ESA ESCC3409/001). These super-fast, multi-gigabit links can transmit up to 10 Gb/s per lane in spacecraft. AxoMach connectors are available in panel mount and surface mount versions (qualified to ESCC3401/089) and connector savers (ESCC3401/090). AxoMach high-speed data links are now ESA QPL listed. In addition, Axon’ MicroMach high-speed data links are terminated with an impedance-matched connector capable of data rates up to 3 Gb/s. Building on the twin heritage of AxoMach and Micro-D connectors with the highly reliable twist pin contact system, this connector saves space, provides excellent signal continuity, and boasts a robust EMC design. Qualified by ESA, the MicroMach range includes equipment connectors, saver connectors, and accessories based on the generic ESCC 3401 specification.
I-PEX CABLINE-CAIIP PLUS connectors are high-speed and fully shielded with the paddle PCB card in plug assembly. The paddle card shifts the resonance to higher frequency by shortening the ground path and supports higher data rates up to 64 Gb/s PAM4 per lane with excellent signal integrity. This cable assembly mates to CABLINE CAII PLUS receptacles and can be used to upgrade the speeds of existing designs already using these receptacles. With horizontal mating, full 360° metallic ZenShield cover, and mechanical locking, these connectors can use a variety of micro coaxial, twin axial, and discrete cables for design flexibility. CABLINE-CAIIP PLUS series products are ideal for use in high-speed protocols like PCIe 6.0, 7.0, USB4 Gen 4, and Thunderbolt 5.
Designed for high-density board-to-board interconnections, Nicomatic’s Matr’YX offers a robust, high-performance, and 100% European-made solution for next-generation embedded systems. Matr’YX is a board-to-board connector with lead-free BGA termination, 1 mm pitch; high density, over 70 contacts/cm²; available from 49 to 301 contacts (in steps of 21); stacking heights from 5.5 mm to 14.5 mm; nominal contact overlap: 1.05 mm (min. 0.55 mm/max. 1.55 mm); high-speed performance up to 12.5 Gb/s (NRZ), up to 25 Gb/s (PAM-4); and 12.5 GHz JESD-204b compliant. Matr’YX is the ideal solution for compact designs with demanding data transmission requirements. Its modularity and mechanical robustness make it a reliable choice, even in harsh environments.
SV Microwave’s new line of 2- and 4-port SMP, SMPM, and SMPS PCB connectors can withstand temperatures of up to 500 °C, enabling them to endure multiple reflow cycles. After going through solder reflow, these connectors maintain their internal geometries without compromising electrical and mechanical performance.
Adam Tech offers high-speed board-to-board connectors with ideal signal integrity for any high-speed board-to-board application. With surface mount contacts and a surface mount ground plane, these connectors are designed for optimal electrical performance. This product has a stack height of 5 mm (.197″) and is available with either a 0.5 mm (0.020″) or 0.8 mm (0.031″) pitch. With speeds up to 28 Gb/s, these high-speed ground plane board-to-board connectors are ideal for products in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics, and applications such as visual displays, advanced driver-assistance systems, drones, and traffic surveillance.
Amphenol LTW high-speed connectors are designed with precision engineering to minimize signal loss, reduce crosstalk, and support multi-gigabit transmission rates essential for cloud computing, AI, and 5G infrastructure. Advanced materials and shielding ensure superior performance in high-frequency environments, while compact, modular designs optimize space in dense server and network equipment. As bandwidth demands grow, these connectors play a pivotal role in sustaining the speed, integrity, and scalability of modern datacom networks.
COAX Connectors’ MCX 50 ohm straight bulkhead jack has a white bronze plated body for improved wear and intermodulation performance, with a gold-plated contact, for direct solder to semi-rigid cables in group HA. The white bronze finish enables these connectors to be mounted on an aluminum panel without the risk of corrosion. The MCX 50 ohm right angle plug with soldered center contact and crimped braid features a gold-plated body and contact, suitable for use with RG58 and similar cables in group AH. COAX Connectors designs and manufactures coaxial connectors for all applications, including high-speed datacom equipment, and also produces complete cable assemblies. Most of the COAX Connectors range, including cable assemblies, is available with IP68 rating.
