LEMO’s Cat6 high speed connectors complete the company’s 2M series. These products are specifically designed to work in harsh environments with temperature extremes, humidity, and vibration. They are intended for cable diameters up to 8 mm and designed for AWG 22, 23, and 24 (AWG 26 recommended cable length 60 m). Transmission performance meets Category 6 specification up to 250 MHz for 1 Gb Ethernet transmission. They feature a screw-coupling connector, enhanced shielding, and IP68 rating. Applications include rugged outdoor environments, harsh environments (NiCorAlTM treatment), defense applications, data communication, ground forces tactical communications, and Ethernet switch.

Weidmuller offers a wide range of customized cabling options, including Cat 5 and Cat 6A Ethernet cord sets with various individualization levels. Cable lengths, plugs, markings, or colors can be specified to meet application requirements. Materials are compatible for use in robots and feature recyclable, halogen-free cables with 360° shielding.The patch cord RJ45 Cat.6_A AWG 27 cULus from METZ Connect is especially suitable for shielded and unshielded class E_A systems. It is a fully shielded Cat.6_A patch cord AWG 27/7. It includes two shielded RJ45 connectors in a 1:1 assignment. The cable type is S/FTP 4x2xAWG 27/7 PIMF. The LSHF (LSOH) cable sheath is halogen free. Component testing for Cat.6_A according to ISO/IEC 11801-1 and IEC 61935-2. This patch cord is suitable for 10 Gb Ethernet (IEEE 802.3an), remote powering (PoE, PoE plus, UPoE), and HDBaseT. It features a snagless boot with integrated lever protection. The JK06 Data Transmission Connector from JAE is a robust, waterproof railway vehicle connector with a bayonet-style locking mechanism compliant with VG95234 specification. JK06 Cat 6A Ethernet 4-position connectors offer a unique contact arrangement and customized contacts for data transmission. The JK06 Data Transmission Connector lineup is offered in two categories of transmission standards.

Ex-Eltronics supplies Amphenol data connectors from Series SJT/VG96912 and TV/38999III for high-speed data transmission. This complete solution includes O-ring shielding from EMI, RFI shielding and is also available as a tested harness according to military and other specifications. The CAT6A-connection includes measurement reporting.

Fischer’s MiniMax Series is available as a standalone connector or as a complete pre-cabled solution with overmolding and protection caps. Ideally suited for applications where SWaP (space, weight, and power) is critical, MiniMax connectivity solutions offer a unique ruggedized, watertight (IP68, 20m/24h) housing, with a choice of push-pull, screw, and quick-release locking systems. Wires are plain copper isolated TPE 4 x 2 x 7/0.127mm (28 AWG Cat 6A), 2 x 2 x 42/0.10mm (22AWG), 3 x 2 x 7/0.127mm (28AWG), and 1 x 7/0.127mm (28 AWG).

Amphenol ICC’s ix Industrial IP20 connectors enable IoT connectivity for Ethernet and other Industrial protocols through all levels of an operation, from the enterprise/cloud to the sensors/actuators at the factory floor. These 10 mm pitch connectors feature two-point metal latches. At just one-quarter of the size of an RJ45 connector, they allow much greater port density and mating security. Allied Electronics & Automation’s Category 6a FTP screened RJ45 patch cords have a LSZH jacket, 26 AWG PimF stranded cable, and low profile molded boots with integral snag-free latching. These RS Pro 461934 Series patch cords are manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC 61935-2 and support all applications designed for class EA/category 6a applications such as ATM 1200, 1000BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet), and 1G FCBASE-T. They are available with gray, black, or blue LSZH jackets and various cable lengths.
