Heavy Duty Interconnects

Avnet supplies Amphenol Sine Systems’ ecomate RM (Rugged Metal) SeriesAvnet supplies Amphenol Sine Systems’ ecomate RM (Rugged Metal) Series of circular, metal connectors that provide an IP67 rating (in mated condition) for transportation and industrial applications, all in a sealed connector system. With a circular bayonet coupling system and a maximum current rating of 45A/600V, the ecomate RM Series is perfect for indoor/outdoor applications in factory automation, industrial, heavy equipment, heavy duty, transportation, and entertainment/lighting. The design is based on MIL-DTL-26482 specifications. All ecomate RM products are compatible with other industry standard mating connectors.

The JK11 Series from JAEThe JK11 Series from JAE is a high-current waterproof connector developed for railway vehicles and related electronic equipment. The JK11 shell, with the high-current contacts arranged horizontally, provides a slimmer profile compared to conventional circular connectors. JK11’s lever mating system simplifies mating operations. This connector is also compliant with FST (Fire, Smoke, Toxicity) standards for railway vehicles and can be safely considered for global railway projects. The JK11 Series is also suited for use in other industrial applications that require a rugged and secure connection.

Amphenol LTW’s Heavy Duty Shielded connectorsThe design of Amphenol LTW’s Heavy Duty Shielded connectors follows the IEC standard and offers rugged and reliable solutions in specific markets and applications. Signal transmission is up to 5A/250V and power up to 10A/20A and 250V/300V.

COAX Connectors range of N-Type connectorsCOAX Connectors range of N-Type connectors are a rugged screw coupled, mid-sized series of connectors, with versions available for use up to 11 GHz (50 ohm) / 3 GHz (75 ohm). The N-Type connector interface is manufactured according to MIL 30912 and is sealed to IP67 when mated. COAX Connectors’ N-Type connectors are manufactured using brass or stainless steel in various surface finishes along with a wide range of other rugged IP68-rated waterproof connector types.

Amphenol Communications Solutions Single-Pair Ethernet (SPE) connectorsAmphenol Communications Solutions Single-Pair Ethernet (SPE) connectors for industrial applications bring direct Ethernet connectivity to peripheral devices like sensors, actuators, and vision system cameras that operate at speeds up to 1 Gb/s. SPE eliminates slow, expensive, and complex fieldbus protocols and connections by simplifying and standardizing existing and new industrial network systems. Amphenol’s IP67 rated SPE connectors have a circular M12 size form factor with push-pull positive latching. Robust panel-mount receptacles are available with right-angle and vertical PCB tails or solder cups for discrete wire termination. When mated with the field terminable plugs, a completely sealed, shielded interface is provided, rated up to 4A supporting PoDL (Power over Data Link) up to 1 km when using 18 AWG single pair cable.

Phoenix Contact’s HEAVYCON click-in contact insertsPhoenix Contact’s HEAVYCON click-in contact inserts for heavy-duty connectors increase the efficiency of cabling work. Push-in technology and the click-in latching ensure extremely easy handling and reliable installation. No tools are required for the conductor connection or for mounting in the connector housing. This ensures significant time savings and is unique in the market.

PEI-Genesis supplies ITT Cannon's CA Bayonet SeriesPEI-Genesis supplies ITT Cannon’s CA Bayonet Series. This versatile and highly reliable connector series is an improvement on the well-established MIL-DTL-5015 standard featuring a superior quarter turn, three-point reverse-bayonet coupling design for rapid mating and unmating. Designed to the VG95234 specification, these connectors are ideal for a wide range of harsh environment applications where exceptional shock, vibration, and environmental protection is required.
