NPG Quick Connect from ABB Thomas & Betts, supplied by RSNPG Quick Connect from ABB Thomas & Betts, supplied by RS, allows fast and effective fitting of cable glands without access to the inside of an enclosure, greatly speeding up installation. Features include single piece (no locknut required), fast and simple installation, low internal profile, and corrosion resistance. Normal use operating temperature range is -20 ºC to +100 ºC (-4 °F to +212 °F). Short-term operating temperature range is -30 ºC to +150 ºC (-22 °F to +302 °F). NPG has an IP66-IP68 (5 bar 30 mins) rating. It has halogen-free nylon (PA6) construction and chloroprene seals.

Sumitomo SumiMark IV PLUS, distributed by CDM ElectronicsThe Sumitomo SumiMark IV PLUS, distributed by CDM Electronics, is the latest high-performance 300 dpi thermal transfer marking system. SumiMark produces crisp, high-quality text, barcodes, and graphic images for any standard wiring label or custom tube marking requirement. The new touchscreen format controls world-class WYSIWYG Sumilabel identification software. SumiMark IV PLUS prints to SAE-AS5942 standards on shrink tubing and SumiTag preformatted and tie-on cable markers. CDM Electronics uses the workhorse SumiMark IV PLUS continuously through all shifts at its Turnersville, New Jersey, manufacturing facility.

Lutronic, a Lumberg Group company, offers marking rings for overmolded M12 actuator/cordsets.The coaxial cable joiner from COAX Connectors Ltd. is available in 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm versions. This simple device allows for the repair, extension, termination, or rerouting of an RF coaxial cable while in situ and guarantees a low-loss connection and IP68 protection against dust and water.

Lutronic, a Lumberg Group company, offers marking rings for overmolded M12 actuator/cordsets. The rings are easy to clip on and are available in white, blue, yellow, green, and red. They have a temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C.

Powell Electronics supplies PE clamps from TE ConnectivityPowell Electronics supplies PE clamps from TE Connectivity that provide a light, fast, and efficient harness solution to cable mounting. TE offers 10 sizes that cover the full cable diameter range of 21 standard P-Clamp sizes. Faster install times and lighter weight give TE P-clamps a lower applied cost than standard P-Clamps. They enable next-generation assembly, quick installation, and a flexible and ergonomic design. TE’s P-Clamp is the new solution for “tool-free” harness installation in military, aerospace, marine, and industrial applications.

The Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 Connector Systems, available from AvnetThe Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 Connector Systems, available from Avnet, come in multiple circuit sizes and cable lengths for power and signal applications. They offer a 3.00 mm pitch, an 8.5 A maximum current rating, and many design options, such as a terminal position assurance, blind-mating, and compliant pin features.

Amphenol Pcd’s adhesive solutionsAmphenol Pcd’s adhesive solutions include the U-Snap clamp, a pre-mounted solution with interchangeable size grommets; the cable-tie mount, a low-profile attachment point for wire runs parallel to the long axis of the mount; composite standoffs, providing separation from a structure for attachment points of various clamping and attachment solutions; and the time-saving adhesive Snap ‘N Post, comprised of a neat nylon adaptor head and glass-filled nylon post.

JPC’s M12 SplitterJPC’s M12 Splitter divides a single M12 connector into multiple M12 connectors. The splitter has one male M12 connector on one end, and multiple female M12 connectors on the other end. The male connector plugs into the device port, and the female connectors are used to connect the multiple devices. M12 splitters are available in different configurations. Choose a splitter cable that is compatible with the M12 connector type used by your devices to ensure proper functionality. JPC’s M12 splitters optimize and streamline installations for factory automation and industrial ethernet applications.

KYOCERA AVX XX-9159-100 series IDC cable plug and cable socket connectorsKYOCERA AVX XX-9159-100 series IDC cable plug and cable socket connectors allow for 22-24 AWG discrete wires to be easily and reliably terminated into a 9159 standard interface plug or socket connector. This enables power and signals to be connected to a PCB plug or socket connector while providing positive latching. The wire assembly support block allows for 2 through 6 wires to be terminated all in one step with any standard bench top press. IDC covers provide both through-wire (daisy chain applications) and wire-stop termination options.

Phoenix Contact cable ductsPhoenix Contact cable ducts bring order to control cabinets. Cable clamps are used to fix the cables running from the field. Plastic cable markers from Phoenix Contact bundle cables and conductors quickly and easily and route them in cable ducts. Various cable ducts, cable guiding systems, and cable ties are available for clear and structured cable routing. Further protect your cables from external influences, such as weather conditions, with the various protective hoses as cable protection. This also provides greater clarity and safety for your cable routing.

Nicomatic specializes in cable overmoldingNicomatic specializes in cable overmolding to provide optimal protection for electronic assemblies. Options include flexible overmolding made of silicone-based resin and rigid overmolding achieved through low-pressure injection and hotmelt. Nicomatic’s solution follows MIL-STD-83513 performance standards and meets the constraints of severe temperature environments. It can be waterproof if necessary. In terms of wiring, Nicomatic has received an “A” rating from Thales and complies with EN9100 and ISO9001 standards.
