PEI-Genesis supplies Amphenol Sine Systems AT Series connectors, an IP68/69K rated (mated), high-performance, cost-effective, thermoplastic solution with superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities. These connectors are designed for use with 14-22AWG with size 16 contacts handling up to 13A and can be used in the cabin and chassis interface of harvesting vehicles.

The Cannon Trident Series is an extremely versatile range of connectors for multiple harsh environment transportation applications. From shielded metal circular connectors to plastic circular and snap-together rectangular solutions, all connectors in this series utilize the leading Trident contact system. Features include mixed power and signal variants, sealing up to IP67, high voltage capability, UL 94 V-0 flammability performance, and durability up to 500 mating cycles.

The MX80 Series from JAE is a family of compact waterproof automotive in-line connectors. They are miniaturized and ideal for use in areas where vehicle mounting space is limited. Kyocera AVX’s 9176-800 series of insulation displacement connectors (IDC) are a low profile, reliable, and cost-effective wire to board solution commonly used in many construction or agricultural vehicle applications.  Designed for 22 to 30 AWG solid or stranded wires, these connectors can be potted or overmolded and allow for daisy chaining PCBs together.

Avnet supplies Amphenol’s PanelMate Family of PCB board receptacles, engineered with a one-piece, sealed, flanged design for rapid and secure mounting. Their durable, high-temperature, silicone facial seal provides a barrier of protection from lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, and fossil fuels to withstand the challenges and complexities of harsh environment applications.

Amphenol Communications Systems’ NETBridge+ Automotive Ethernet connector system has had recent success in smart agriculture vehicles. It can transmit up to 100 Mb/s and 1 Gb/s according to IEEE 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 and will be upgraded to 10 Gb/s. This automotive-grade Ethernet connector system uses single pair cables to transmit data. NETBridge+ is developed according to USCAR-2 and Ethernet specifications and is offered in miniaturized and sealed configurations.

Schaltbau’s HV series connectors feature solid power and signal contacts and are suitable for a wide range of high-current applications. The robust connectors have a modular design and protection against accidental contact. They are IP69K certified and designed for a high number of mating cycles. Rated voltages are up to 1,000 volts and rated currents are up to 470 amps. Main contacts in the plug and socket housing are safely protected against accidental contact. A sliding mechanism on the handle of the socket housing allows for one-handed operation. An optional switching element in the socket housing signals a correctly plugged-in connector. Solid power contacts for different connection cross-sections up to 95 mm² and 4 universally applicable signal contacts are available.
