ASI Expands Platinum Series of Communication Interface Ports
The Platinum Series from ASI now includes USB and RJ45 communication interface ports. These sleek, low-profile, rugged panel connectors can be used in any industrial environment where mission critical data transmission is necessary between machines, production lines, and control modules. They use OTS cables and are capped when not in use to maintain their IP65 rating. They match perfectly to their Platinum family push-button siblings for a finished, aesthetically pleasing look.
The plastic materials are resistant to oils, solvents, and hydrocarbons with an operating temperature of -25°C to +70°C and a storage temperature of -40°C to +85°C. The USB is available in A-to-A and A-to-B connections.
