Phoenix Contact’s M17 PRO hybrid connector is the first M17 circular connector in accordance with the IEC standard 61076-2-117. The M17 PRO hybrid combines data, signal, and power transmission in a compact, single-cable solution. The three-in-one solution is ideal for a wide range of applications, from robotics to motor control. The patented ONECLICK fast-locking system cuts assembly time by up to 70% compared to conventional connection methods. Audible, visual, and haptic feedback ensure a fast and secure connection. The compact design, (30 millimeters high; a 15% height reduction compared to other M17 connectors) makes it suitable for space-critical, modular designs such as low-voltage motors or conveyors. Color and mechanical coding for pin alignment ensure error-free connection. The M17 PRO hybrid connector is available in versions for 50 V and 630 V. It withstands currents of up to 16 A and has a connection cross-section of the power pins of up to 1.5 mm². The IP66 and IP68 (2 m/24 h) degrees of protection ensure a high level of reliability even under demanding conditions.
DigiKey expanded its in-stock products available for same-day shipment by adding more than 31,000 products in the third quarter of 2025. In total, over 585,000 new products were added to the DigiKey system, along with 87 new suppliers across its Marketplace and Fulfilled by DigiKey programs. This recent inventory expansion brings DigiKey’s overall portfolio to more than 17 million products. DigiKey’s long-standing commitment to expanding in-stock inventory for same-day shipment allows customers to order prototype quantities and have those parts shipped immediately, without placing a special order in factory quantities or waiting for lead or transit time. New supplier additions in the third quarter include RealSense and MicroStrain by HBK, and new products include Phoenix Contact’s NearFi couplers that allow for power and real-time Ethernet data to be transmitted across 12 millimeters.
Samtec Inc. expanded the stack heights and pin counts of its AcceleRate® HD product line. The ADM6 and ADF6 slim, high-density 0.635 mm pitch array connectors are now available with 5 mm to 16 mm stack heights and 40 to 400 total positions in support of datacom, HPC server and storage, industrial, and military applications. Stack heights match those of many popular Samtec interconnects, enabling mixed signal digital, RF, and power applications where sensing, processing, and power delivery coexist. In addition to density and mechanical versatility, AcceleRate HD board-to-board connectors offer optimized signal integrity and achieve data rates up to 64 Gb/ps PAM4 (PCIe® 6.0/CXL®3.2 capable), enabled by the robust Edge Rate® contact system. Edge Rate contacts are designed with a smooth, milled mating surface, which reduces wear and increases durability for high-cycle applications. The narrow edge of the contacts is aligned within the connector body to reduce broadside coupling and crosstalk. The open pin field design, with contacts in a grid pattern within the connector housing, maximizes signal routing and grounding flexibility. Hirose has expanded its DF22 Series of high-current power connectors with a new branch adapter, DF22B, designed to simplify wiring and reduce cabling and installation time. Compared to traditional wiring methods, branch wiring reduces the number of cabling leads, offering significant space savings. The DF22 Series power connector utilizes a four-point contact design and highly conductive contact materials, supporting up to 30A/contact at 1000 V AC/DC. In addition to a branch adaptor version, the DF22 Series lineup includes straight, right-angle, and in-line wire-to-board options, and three types of housings featuring different guide keys and color variations to prevent mis-insertion when using multiple connectors with the same number of positions. For harsh environment applications, the DF22 Series straight header variant supports potting up to 10 mm. The DF22B branch adapter is commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, conveyors, mounting machines, and service robots — applications that demand compact, reliable power distribution.

Molex, introduced the Molex Quad-Row Shield Connector, featuring the industry’s first space-saving, four-row signal pin layout with a metal electromagnetic interference (EMI) shield. Quad-Row Shield Connector achieves up to 25dB reduction in EMI compared to non-shielded Quad-Row, and is ideally suited for space-constrained applications, such as smart watches and other wearables, mobile devices, AR/VR applications, laptops, gaming devices, appliances and more. The new Quad-Row Shield from Molex provides power input and output aligned to a delivery model featuring up to 80 pins within a single board-to-board connector. In addition, S-parameter input specifications may be assigned to a preferred pin layout in an 80-pin signal design. The Quad-Row Shield significantly reduces electromagnetic interference and meets stringent EMI/EMC standards to lower regulatory testing burdens and speed product approvals. The shielding feature also enables error-free communication while seamlessly supporting operations and maintenance requirements to boost overall system uptime.
Molex’s eHV60 High-Voltage Automotive Connector, the first product in its eHV high-voltage connector and terminal system portfolio, is designed to provide secure and reliable high-performance electrical connections in high-voltage power applications across auxiliary and primary systems in Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs). The eHV60 high-voltage automotive connector is ideally suited for auxiliary high-voltage functions, such as DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, electric compressors and e-axles. The high-voltage terminal and connector family from Molex extends the company’s comprehensive ecosystem of connectors engineered to ensure global compliance and qualification readiness. The new Molex eHV60 adheres to stringent USCAR-2 and LV215 industry standards while being validated both electrically and mechanically as a drop-in alternative to legacy products. This offers automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers dual-sourcing options while assuring risk-free system integration and faster program onboarding. Additionally, the eHV60 features a compact footprint that is up to 30% smaller than existing products, facilitating faster deployment in space-constrained, auxiliary high-voltage systems. The shielded interface design ensures robust protection from electromagnetic interference (EMI), which is critical for maintaining signal integrity and system safety in high-voltage environments. As an auxiliary high-voltage system, the eHV60 supports up to 1000V and 64A at 80° C, making it ideal for mid-power applications while establishing safe, reliable, and efficient high-voltage connections between system components.
PEI-Genesis added the Souriau by Eaton EN2997 Series to its product offering. The company is now fully authorized to value-add assemble this high-performance connector series from its South Bend, Indiana, facility, providing customers across North America with faster delivery and tailored configurations for critical aerospace applications. As a globally franchised distributor, PEI-Genesis is also authorized to sell the EN2997 product line throughout Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions, ensuring consistent support and supply across key aerospace markets. The Souriau EN2997 Series is a high-reliability circular connector designed for extreme aerospace environments involving high vibration, EMI exposure, and temperatures ranging from –65 °C to +260 °C. EN2997 connectors are widely used in commercial and military aviation applications, particularly for engine controls, sensors, power systems, and actuation.
LEMO introduced the new IP68-rated REDEL SP Series, the next generation of high-performance connectors designed for critical applications in medical, Test & Measurement, and UAV environments. Amphenol RF introduced additional pre-configured SMA locking cable assemblies that are designed on flexible micro-coax cable types and feature the I-PEX MHF I locking interface on the opposite end. These waterproof IP67-rated SMA assemblies provide a secure connection in environments where vibration resistant RF interconnects are required, such as drones, automotive, and robotics. SMA to MHF I LK cable assemblies offer reliable electrical performance up to 6 GHz in a flexible, low-profile package. SMA connectors, which utilize a threaded coupling mechanism, are machined from gold-plated brass. The MHF I LK connector, which is engineered with a proprietary locking mechanism, is manufactured from gold-plated phosphor bronze. These materials ensure high electrical conductivity for superior performance and aids the SMA connector in maintaining its bulkhead seal, which prevents dust and water ingress.

The new LDS cap antenna and evaluation board from KYOCERA AVX is optimized for Iridium satellite IoT applications and designated as Iridium Qualified Antenna products for Iridium Certus 9704 modules. The LDS cap antenna for Iridium outperforms the ceramic patch antennas traditionally used in these applications. Manufactured using laser direct structuring (LDS) technology — an efficient process for creating complex, compact, lightweight, wide-bandwidth, and high-gain 3D antenna designs on myriad substrates — the small, light LDS cap antenna exhibits excellent right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) and superior gain from zenith to horizon, which maximizes satellite visibility and reliability. This is especially beneficial for improving the connectivity of LEO satellites at low elevation angles. It also exhibits wider bandwidth and higher radiation efficiency than patch antennas. This innovative on-board antenna has a small, lightweight form factor with a unique design that measures 35.7 mm in diameter and 17.98 mm high, weighs 6.85g, facilitates easy SMT assembly, and allows device manufacturers to locate components on its underside, saving space on the main PCB board.
Quectel Wireless Solutions unveiled five new durable fiberglass antennas, covering LoRa, V2X, Wi-Fi, and 5G technologies. The YENT005W7AM is a LoRa fiberglass omni-directional antenna aimed at the medical device, smart monitoring and smart home markets, providing broad coverage in the 863-873 MHz frequency range. The YENT006W7AM LoRa fiberglass antenna, designed as an array type antenna to work in free space, operates in the 910-920MHz frequency range. The YEVT001W7AM V2X fiberglass terminal mount antenna provides coverage in the 5850-5925 MHz frequency range and has been developed for microwave communication equipment, communication base stations, radio and television systems, and weather radars. The YEBT002W7AM is a Wi-Fi terminal mount fiberglass dipole external antenna that operates in the 2400-2500 MHz frequency range to support microwave communication equipment, communication base stations, radio and television systems, and weather radars. For 5G use cases, the YECT010W7AM offers a terminal mount fiberglass dipole external antenna that operates in the 600-960 MHz and 1400-5000 MHz frequency ranges while offering backward compatibility to support 2G, 3G, and 4G networks as well as LTE Cat-M and narrowband-IoT (NB-IoT).

Weidmuller USA unveiled the THM MultiMark Plus R printer and the MultiMark R-Fix applicator. When used together, the innovative thermal transfer printer and applicator streamline cable marking with wrap-around labels, making the process significantly faster and easier for panel builders and machine shop technicians. Labels are automatically applied and precisely wrapped around the cable with state-of-the-art marking. Each marking process takes only three seconds, about 60% faster than manual marking. Additionally, the high production quality of the MultiMark R-Fix applicator reduces waste and increases the lifetime of the markings.
