Würth Elektronik is expanding its WE-MCRI product series with the new 1090HL variant (HL = High Leakage), a coupled inductor specifically designed to improve the performance of SEPIC, ZETA, and Ćuk converters. This unique double choke takes an unconventional approach by deliberately harnessing leakage inductance, which is normally treated as a parasitic element in conventional designs. The coupled inductor enables more effective filtering for improved EMC performance with a far more compact design. By using the molded double choke, which measures just 11×10×9 mm, ripple current reduction can be achieved with a lower inductance value. Cost and space are reduced compared with using two separate inductors. This special component also requires a smaller AC coupling capacitor, without sacrificing efficiency. This also enables a more compact design. As a molded coupled inductor, this component delivers temperature-stable and soft saturation performance.

DigiKey expanded its portfolio by more than 27,000 new stocking products available for fast shipment in Q2 2026. In total over 373,000 new products were added to the DigiKey system, along with 104 new suppliers across its core business, Marketplace and Fulfilled by DigiKey programs. DigiKey’s commitment to expanding in-stock inventory for fast shipment allows engineers, designers, makers and procurement professionals to order prototype quantities for rapid shipping, without placing a special order in factory quantities or waiting for lead or transit time. Mouser is stocking the latest products from Omron Industrial Automation supporting Mouser customers in developing solutions for industrial automation, smart agriculture, warehouse and fulfillment, manufacturing, and infrastructure with more than 40,000 Omron Industrial Automation parts in stock or available for order. This includes Omron Industrial Automation’s S8NR IP67 power supplies, Omron’s E3AS-HF Time of Flight (ToF) laser sensors, and the E2B proximity sensors featuring a 360° visible indicator that allow the status to be monitored from any direction. These cost-effective sensing solutions are ideal for use in standard industrial environments. A variety of sizes are available, as well as shielded and unshielded variants with short and long bodies. The E2B sensor series also features IP67 ingress protection, a wide operating temperature range of -20 °C to +70 °C, and meets vibration and shock resistance standards for IEC 60947-5-2 (10 Hz to 55 Hz). The MY series of miniature power relays is ideal for sequence control and power switching applications.

Cinch Connectivity Solutions, a Bel group company, expanded its Mil/Aero Circular MD801 Series with five new configurations designed to meet the weight, space, and reliability demands of modern defense platforms. This expansion builds on Cinch’s proven MD801 portfolio, which includes a Picatinny CLIK-compliant and approved 9-19 insert arrangement, supporting the growing demand for compact, high-reliability connectivity across modern defense platforms. The MD801 series delivers a MIL-DTL-38999 performance level in a significantly smaller, lighter package. Its Dual-Start ACME thread prevents cross-mating and resists vibration-induced disconnection, critical for platforms operating under shock loads up to 300g and vibration up to 37g. Mated connectors carry an IP67 rating and operate across -65 °C to +175 °C, making them well-suited for UAVs, military vehicle communications, satellite systems, tactical radios, and ruggedized displays. The new products include the MD801 5-3, MD801 6-4, MD801 7-10, MD801 13-2, and MD801 13-3 models in aluminum shells with multiple finish options including olive drab chromate, black hard anodize, zinc nickel, and electroless nickel. Connectors are available in plug and receptacle configurations with crimp, solder, and PC tail terminations for board-mount applications. Shell sizes range from 5 to 13 with contact arrangements from 1 to 130, spanning jam nut receptacles, square flange receptacles, and in-line plugs, all compatible with leading market equivalents for straightforward drop-in replacement on existing programs. Ironwood Electronics developed a high endurance spring pin socket for a QFN 20-pin device. The socket double latch lid has a double pin that aligns and snaps into it to compress the device onto the spring pin to connect to the target board. The spring pin used in the socket has low inductance, 10 GHz bandwidth, and an operating temperature of -55 °C to +180 °C.

Arnold Magnetic Technologies offers thin cold-rolled titanium in a variety of CP Grades and alloys and an exceptionally broad range of thicknesses and widths for aerospace, medical, electron irradiation, and other applications that require a strong, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, biocompatible material that is highly workable, ductile, and weldable. Arnold’s ultra-thin cold-rolled metal strip and foil achieves unmatched thinness while maintaining controlled, consistent mechanical and physical quality. Arnold’s ultra-thin gauge foil is available in thickness down to 2 µm (0.00008“), in addition to the thin gauge options (0.025 in. – 0.0005 in.). Widths are available up to 17.5 in., depending on thickness. Grade 1 has the highest purity of commercially available titanium and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing to mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. Grade 2, the most specified grade of CP titanium, has good ductility and formability with excellent corrosion resistance especially to seawater. Grade 4 is the strongest CP grade and is certified per ASTM B265, ASTM F67, and AMS4901 standards. Available titanium alloys include Grade 9, 15-3-3-3, Grade 23, and Beta21s, a high strength, heat treatable, metastable beta titanium alloy engineered specifically to improve resistance to oxidation and creep along with enhanced elevated temperature strength and stability. Beta21S also has excellent resistance to hydraulic fluids used in aircrafts.
