Hirose introduced the compact PO(M2) Series that supports RF performance up to 6 GHz and is engineered to meet the demands of space-constrained, high-density RF systems and advanced electronic devices. The series incorporates a compact push-on lock mechanism for easy and secure mating, streamlining assembly while saving space on densely populated boards. Ideal for designers seeking robust signal integrity across compact assemblies, the PO(M2) Series features a unique 3-piece parallel connection method that enables reliable board-to-board interconnection between two PCBs using two plug receptacles and an interposer. The connector also supports cable connections via a plug receptacle paired with a locking right-angle jack. The 3-piece parallel connection method offers a wide positional displacement tolerance, supporting misalignment up to +/-0.4 mm in the X and Y directions, and 1 mm in Z direction.
With the expansion of Series 25, Lumberg is systematically extending its portfolio of modular connectors for RJ45 network wall feedthroughs. Newly available are four variants of the 2543 series, which were specifically developed for use in demanding industrial environments. The waterproof panel-mount sockets meet IPX7 protection requirements and are ideally suited for control cabinets, control devices, and production systems where reliability and sealing integrity are critical. The new types cover a wide range of application requirements. In addition to modular panel-mount couplers with solder terminals for manual soldering, modular double panel-mount couplers are also available. Depending on the version, the connectors are offered either unshielded in plastic or shielded with a metal housing. Variants with a bayonet locking mechanism enable fast and secure installation. All versions are based on the proven 8p8c RJ45 interface, are designed for a temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C, and offer high mechanical robustness with a minimum of 500 mating cycles. As a result, the new 2543 types represent a flexible and future-proof solution for modern, networked industrial applications.

Amphenol RF expanded its cable assembly portfolio with MCX straight and right-angle plug configurations that feature rugged IP67 bulkhead SMA, TNC, RP-TNC, and N-Type straight jacks. These assemblies are designed on flexible RG-174 cable which provides excellent electrical performance up to 3 GHz and reliable connectivity in short-distance, low frequency RF applications. These between-series assemblies allow a cable to be connected from outside of a panel where a threaded interface is located and are specifically designed for wireless communication modules with MCX connectors on the board. The combination of MCX and more robust connectors offers a variety of options for usage. Amphenol RF also added MMCX straight and right-angle plug cable assembly configurations. These assemblies feature rugged IP67-rated bulkhead SMA, TNC, RP-TNC and N-Type straight jacks, providing reliable performance in demanding environments.
OMRON Electronic Components launched its P6K relay sockets, a surface-mount connecting socket designed specifically for the G6K PCB terminal-type relay series, including G6K-2P and G6K(U)-2P-Y models. The new socket solution streamlines printed circuit board (PCB) assembly while simplifying relay replacement and repair in manufacturing and field applications.
The P6K socket is engineered to match the G6K series terminal arrangement and mating structure, offering reliable insertion and removal durability for surface-mount applications. When paired with a G6K relay, the P6K socket demonstrates no increase in contact resistance after 50 insertions, ensuring dependable, long-term electrical performance. This robust design allows relays to be replaced quickly and easily, helping reduce maintenance time, lower labor costs, and minimize system downtime.

Würth Elektronik introduced the Product Navigator, a new online tool that significantly simplifies the search for the right components. The Project Navigator helps users select electronic and electromechanical components through practical example applications and typical topologies. With the Navigator, Würth Elektronik refines an approach that has been successfully proven in the Application Guide since 2021. The Application Guide is now fully integrated into the significantly expanded Product Navigator, giving developers the advantage of finding the products relevant to their application area more quickly, without having to work their way through extensive catalogs. Since the products in the Product Navigator are directly linked to the online catalog, free samples, available for almost all Würth Elektronik products, can be ordered with just a few clicks. Components are generally available from stock. Würth Elektronik has no minimum order quantity requirement, which benefits manufacturers of low-volume products. Additionally, Würth Elektronik expanded the MagI³C-VDMM power module product family with three variable step-down micromodules for input voltages from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and adjustable output voltages from 0.6 V to 4 V and expanded its range of FeatherWing development boards to include the Daphnis-I FeatherWing board.
