The Industrial Battery Connector (IBC) from Anderson Power is designed for industry-leading durability, reduced downtime, and easy assembly and disassembly. The Anderson-exclusive modular design with a contact cartridge enables quick contact repair and effortless assembly. Engineered for harsh environments, the IBC offers exceptional moisture and debris resistance with the industry-first IP68-rated accessory kit. It is available in standard plug/receptacle or panel-mount configurations and supports up to four signal wires.

Hirose’s GT37 Series wire-to-board connector is designed for high-speed automotive Ethernet applications. As vehicle architectures incorporate more electronic control units, cameras, sensors, displays, communication modules, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), protecting sensitive signals from electromagnetic interference (EMI) has become a critical design consideration. The GT37 Series addresses this challenge with a fully shielded connector structure designed to maintain signal integrity in electrically noisy automotive environments. The GT37 Series supports 1000BASE-T1 automotive Ethernet connectivity, enabling reliable Gigabit data transmission over a single twisted-pair cable for bandwidth-intensive vehicle systems. This capability simplifies harness architecture by reducing wiring volume compared to larger multi-pair Ethernet connections. The GT37 Series incorporates impedance matching at the stripped-cable section to maintain transmission performance through the termination area, an important consideration for reliable Gigabit Ethernet communication in demanding automotive environments.

binder’s M12 program is expanding with angled panel-mount connectors for centric PCB mounting. The connectors receive the circuit board at its edge and sit flush with it, rather than on top of it. As a result, the connector and the board no longer add up in height — an advantage where electronics need to fit into a slim, cylindrical housing. Because the connector does not build up on top of the board, the available cross-section for the electronics is preserved, or the housing can be one size smaller. Often, especially with sensor tubes, panel-mount connectors with straight contacts are used. This manual soldering step is eliminated, saving time and effort.

Samtec’s 100-CM Series 1.0 mm vertical compression mount board connector is designed for next-generation millimeter-wave test and measurement applications for W-band and into D-band (DC to 120 GHz). The 100-CM’s wide performance margin delivers greater reliability, precision, and repeatability through upper-limit frequencies without having to transition to complex waveguides or more expensive 0.8 mm equipment. The solderless compression mount design enables field-replaceable functionality and layout flexibility by allowing the connector to be used in a range of PCB locations. Unlike soldered board interfaces, compression mount technology helps simplify installation, replacement, and evaluation while supporting repeatable millimeter wave performance.

Molex introduced VersaBeam Mini, an ultra-compact, 16-fiber Expanded Beam Optical (EBO) connector that solves critical space, thermal, and maintenance challenges in high-density AI and hyperscale networks. Building on the award-winning Molex VersaBeam EBO interconnect family, VersaBeam Mini combines expanded beam performance with a VSFF (Very Small Form Factor) to deliver the density required for next-generation AI data centers and networking without compromising serviceability, safety, or network uptime. By maximizing front-panel real estate while simplifying internal routing, VersaBeam Mini effectively addresses the ultimate bottlenecks in AI data center hardware — physical space on the panel and inside the chassis. Limited customer sampling begins in Q4 2026, with general production slated for the first half of 2027.

Ironwood’s 70GHz Elastomer Socket supports 28 W power dissipation quickly and easily. With a 37.5×37.5 mm, 0.65 mm pitch and BGA packages, the socket can be used on any application board with performance equivalent to a direct solder version. The socket has a heatsink fan with a swivel lid which incorporates a quick insertion method so that ICs can be changed out quickly.

Würth Elektronik’s WE-NCC Series nanocrystalline cores for cable assembly expand its cable interference suppression program and complement its conventional MnZn and NiZn ferrite cores for cable assembly. The WE-NCC series provides broadband suppression of conducted electromagnetic interference. It features a compact design, high temperature stability, and exceptionally high permeability. Compared with conventional MnZn and NiZn ferrite cores, the nanocrystalline cores have significantly higher low-frequency impedance and broadband impedance behavior. Magnetic flux density reaches up to 1.2 T, while the Curie temperature is above 540 °C. These properties ensure stable magnetic behavior across a wide temperature range and effective filtering over a broad frequency spectrum. The nanocrystalline material enables smaller core dimensions with the same or better insertion loss than conventional cores. It also offers a significant weight advantage over MnZn cores.

Sensirion’s SGD4x A2L sensors for residential and commercial HVACR systems are based on the thermal conductivity measurement principle and feature a dual-contact relay output that can trigger a signal relay to start a blower, switch off the load, or warn a control board. The SFA40 sensor detects formaldehyde and is designed for easy integration into air purifiers, indoor air quality monitors, and air conditioners. The miniature STCC4 sensor provides direct CO₂ measurement in an ultra-small 4 × 3 × 1.2 mm³ package for seamless integration into compact electronic devices. The SEN6x sensor module family is a multi-parameter air quality monitoring platform that combines particulate matter, relative humidity, temperature, VOC, NOx, and either CO₂ or formaldehyde sensing within a compact footprint.

The A2L refrigerant sensor module from TE Connectivity is designed to meet all UL and CSA 60335-2-40 Annex LL requirements, supporting leak hazard mitigation without the need for field calibration. With integrated temperature and humidity sensors for environmental compensation, the module can operate at temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +95 °C and up to 100% relative humidity. The sensor is resistant to poisoning by typical interference gases and uses automated self-calibration (ASC) to maintain performance for up to 15 years without recalibration.
