L-com Receives Eight Finalist Nods from American Business Awards
L-com announced it has reached the finalist level for eight nominations in the American Business Awards’ Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. This is L-com’s third time making the finals in this award show, after having won a gold Stevie Award the past two years in a row. The final winners will be announced at the awards banquet in Las Vegas on February 25th.
The eight nominations are for:
•L-com Sales Representative Jared Harrison for Sales Representative of the Year – Computer Hardware & Software
•L-com Sales Representative Mark DeSousa for Sales Representative of the Year – Computer Hardware & Software
•L-com Customer Service Representative Christina Cruz for Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year – Computer Hardware & Software
•Sales Department of the Year – Computer Hardware & Software
•Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Computer Hardware, Services & Software
•Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) – Computer Hardware, Services & Software
•Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – All Other Industries
•Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Hardware
According to the American Business Awards rules, all finalists will receive an award, but they will not find out which award they received until the banquet on February 25th. Though L-com has won this award several times before, this is the first year any of its employees are also finalists.
“Each year the competition in the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service gets more sophisticated, forcing us to work harder to keep on top,” said Les Smock, L-com’s contact center manager. “We fully expect to keep our winning streak alive this year and get another gold statue because we work so hard and accomplish so much.”
