In the spirit of unity, while incorporating the organizational values of honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment, Women in Electronics (WE) strives to expand the opportunity for women in the Electronics Industry. We accomplish our mission through four main goals.  We are dedicated to developing our members professionally and personally through our monthly Leadership Master Class and Life Balance Series, our flagship Mentorship Program, round table discussion groups at our virtual Chapter Meeting, the Annual Leadership Conference, and special industry events.
